After preparing a business plan Locus was engaged to set up the business model, hire employees and act as an incubator whilst the Covalon entity was established. The brief included the establishment of a UK business engaged in selling to the NHS and a European distribution network. The business built sales across Europe opening new geographic markets and overcoming significant entry barriers.
