Locus Consulting was engaged by Corza Medical to aid with the transition of a newly acquired business and the novation of contracts to the new company.

The task was made more challenging by the main contract being under renewal whilst the acquisition was ongoing. Locus coordinated the submission and the subsequent approval of the new organisation by the NHS. Locus maintained support for the products and commercial lifecycle management.
